I'd probably give it a 6/10. The color is good, but the shape of the shark looks like it has been distorted, while the legs aren't. Kind of makes the shark look un-defined. Also - where the legs go into the mouth looks a little rough (almost like you feathered the opacity where the enter the mouth), and i would add at least a minor swirl of red around the mouth to imitate blood (when was the last time you saw somebody get their top chewed off without any blood?) The last thing i might change is to change the color of the text a little so that it is more readable on the dark side of the image.
